BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY.


HOW TO BOOK.

Like many centres we have been plagued by last minute cancellations,and broken appointments,therefore with great regret we have had to istitute a booking fee and canecllation policy.

PLEASE NOTE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING A £20 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.

We take Visa and all Debit cards,BUT due to high processing fees on CREDIT
CARDS we have to levy a fee of £1.50 per transaction.ALL DEBIT CARDS ARE FREE.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

We require 24 HOURS to CANCEL OR CHANGE an appointment,failure to do so will incur the loss of the deposit.
